Privacy Complaint Process
At Dasro Consulting Inc., we are committed to protecting the personal information of our clients, candidates, contractors, and employees in accordance with the

Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA).If you believe that your personal information has been mishandled by our organization, or if you have questions or concerns about how we collect, use, or disclose personal data, you may submit a formal complaint by following the process below.

1. Submitting a Complaint
Individuals who have questions or concerns about the handling of their personal information may submit a complaint in writing via email or mail to our Managing Director at:

All complaints must be submitted in writing to our Privacy Officer and should include:
-Your full name and contact information
-A clear description of the concern or incident
-Relevant dates and supporting documentation (if applicable)

2. Acknowledgement of Complaint
Upon receipt of the complaint, the Managing Director will acknowledge the submission within five (5) business days, confirming that the matter is under review.

3. Investigation
The Managing Director will conduct a thorough and impartial investigation of the concern, which may include reviewing records, speaking with involved parties, and assessing relevant privacy policies or procedures. This process will typically be completed within twenty (20) business days.

4. Resolution and Response
Following the investigation, the complainant will receive a written response outlining the findings and any steps taken or planned to address the issue. If the complaint is found to be valid, corrective action will be implemented to prevent recurrence.

5. Escalation
If the individual is not satisfied with the resolution, they may request further review by the Board of Directors at Dasro Consulting Inc.

6. Record Keeping
All privacy complaints and their outcomes are documented and securely retained as part of our internal compliance records.We are committed to protecting personal information and ensuring transparency and accountability in all our privacy practices.
